Terms & Conditions
The terms that govern use of the TriZync website, consultations, proposals, project work, support, and related services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the TriZync Solution website and related services. By accessing our website, booking a call, requesting a quote, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
If you enter into a separate written agreement with TriZync, that agreement will control if there is a conflict with these general Terms.
2. Services
TriZync provides services that may include software development, web development, app development, automation tools, plugins, integrations, digital marketing, brand design, consulting, support, and related technical services.
Service details, deliverables, timelines, fees, responsibilities, and support terms are normally defined in a proposal, invoice, statement of work, or written project agreement.
3. Proposals, Pricing & Payments
- Quotes and proposals are valid only for the period stated in the proposal, or for 14 days if no period is stated.
- Work may require an upfront deposit, milestone payments, recurring fees, or full payment before delivery.
- Late payments may delay project work, delivery, support, deployment, or handover.
- Third-party costs such as hosting, domains, APIs, ads, plugins, licenses, subscriptions, or app store fees are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, timely feedback, required content, credentials, approvals, legal permissions, brand assets, and access to third-party platforms needed to complete the work.
Delays in feedback, content, payment, or access may affect timelines and delivery dates.
5. Revisions & Scope Changes
Reasonable revisions may be included when stated in the proposal. Requests outside the agreed scope, major design changes, new features, additional integrations, or repeated revision cycles may require a new estimate or change order.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final custom deliverables created specifically for a client are transferred after full payment. TriZync may retain ownership of pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks, internal processes, templates, know-how, and reusable components.
Clients must ensure they have rights to any materials, images, text, data, trademarks, or third-party assets they provide.
7. Third-Party Platforms
Many projects depend on third-party tools such as hosting providers, payment gateways, APIs, analytics platforms, social networks, app stores, CRMs, or automation tools. TriZync is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, policy changes, rejected approvals, API limitations, or issues caused by third-party platforms.
8. Portfolio & Confidentiality
Unless a project is confidential or covered by an NDA, TriZync may reference completed work in portfolios, case studies, proposals, social posts, or marketing materials. Confidential information shared by clients will be treated with reasonable care.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Our website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We aim for reliable, high-quality work, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific revenue outcomes, search rankings, ad performance, or results outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TriZync will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
10. Termination
Either party may end a project according to the applicable proposal or agreement. Fees for completed work, reserved time, third-party costs, and approved milestones may remain payable.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
